I had always viewed flyovers as a dramatic amplification of the "patriotic high" I get from saluting the flag and singing the National Anthem.

Curiously, I always viewed flyovers as a service to patriotic fans -- and not to the team or the NFL...

Of course, cutting off flyovers and color guards would probably suit the kind of anti-American "fans" that would attend a kneeling felon's game just fine -- plus cutting the team/league expenses -- and rewarding anti-American behavior.

They'd take that as another victory and go full speed ahead for more...We need to keep it the battle the public thinks it is - KNEE JERKS versus WE STAND. And support the advertisers and sports bars that are boycotting - THAT'S where it will hurt. in their pocketbooks.
