unfortunately probably more than half of the stadium will, seems to be the nature of the country we live in now.
But it will look really stupid because people willing to lock arms will not be seated all next to each other. 2 yes, 3 no, 2 yes, 4 no, etc. That people are forced to choose to link or not will piss everyone off even more.
