Big city cops holding back to save their careers and lives. Who can blame them. They aren’t wanted in certain neighborhoods and only go there when they absolutely have to.

The worst part is that PC requirements have made these police forces very black/Hispanic; they are also “standing down”.
My town has an issue right now because noise is blaring out of Newark each night, and Newark won’t do anything about it - their police claim they have more important things to do. If they were actually doing more important things, I’d understand - but they don’t.
