I knew eventually Detroit would reclaim its lost glory as one of the United States’ leading cities....
I’m in a Detroit suburb. I’m not sure I’m buying this either. Regardless, it is misleading, almost all the problems come from a single zip code. Downtown Detroit is changing rapidly.
