While snowflake American and Canadian kids pursue useless degrees with a transcript filled with (what we used to call) basket weaving courses, kids from Asia and India fill up the engineering and computer science faculties. The former will be selling fast food to the latter.
And how many math courses?
You can get a PhD in these pseudo studies area without taking all but the most basic traditional required courses
They literally offer PhDs in queer theory
They had a guy from an Ivy League school who Kat Timph interviewed regarding student loan debt forgiveness.

He had a masters in woman’s studies and diversity and he was complaining that he could not find a job so he needed debt forgivness
Any employer who hires an identity politics/ diversity grad is looking for trouble that ends in a grievance lawsuit
In all probability, the STEM students will be designing machines & software which will put the 'diversity' students out of a job.
Who are the judges for “social” Justice? Who writes social justice law? How are social justice laws enforced? What are the penalties? Is there due process, or do we empower an all-powerful elite to decide these things like Venezuela?
Catering to emotions sells more than actual teaching. Plus, it is every Socialist’s priority to keep them mad and stupid....

At the very least, many police forces and military officers still need them - though I suspect the people pursuing these “fields” aren’t interested in that stuff. These watered-down, fake degrees are to maintain the illusion that certain subsets of our population can be “educated”...
Will there be enough barrista jobs at coffee places to accommodate all the graduates of these programs?

Now THAT is a scary thought.
My beautiful, loving and loyal wife has instructions to NEVER allow me into that situation. We have counter measures in place to save us from the humiliation, pain and abuse it would bring. I pray that she remains strong.
Due to many large corporations settling in North Carolina because of its central location and mild weather, there have been fewer people living in NC who were born in NC for the past two decades.
