The Syrian refugees in Lebanon are largely Sunnis who are sympathetic to al-Qaeda and ISIS. Same for Syrian refugees elsewhere. Displaced Syrians who support the government are mostly in government controlled areas of Syria rather than abroad.
The Sunni majority is disproportionately the group that fled Assad's terror. No one knows what their sympathies are. Meanwhile, the Hizbollah is and always has been a terrorist organization, and has assisted Assad in carrying out his reign of terror. So has the Islamofascist terrorist state of Iran.
