This reminds me of one of my favorite quotes from Ronald Reagan: "It isn't so much that liberals are ignorant. It's just that they know so many things that aren't so.” Sadly, in some cases "Freepers" can appropriately be substituted for "liberals."
I saw in an earlier post by you that at one time you taught a criminal justice course. I have no idea what that has to do with your ability to comment authoritatively on the First Amendment. I graduated from a top-ten law school, took several Constitutional Law courses, in which I did well, took and passed two bar exams and have practiced law for the last thirty years. I am guessing that my credentials for commenting on this issue vastly exceed yours.
