I think they are greatly underestimating the incredible damage the NFL has just done to themselves. Who do they think watches football, wrist flapping Hillary worshiping snowflakes? It’s mostly middle class white males who do, 77% of their audience is made up of that demographic of which 37% is above 55 years old and I think we can fairly guess a lot of them aren’t exactly super fans of radical leftism which means you guys running the NFL just committed professional suicide to the extreme.
And not all of the black males who watch the NFL are cop-hating Leftist America Haters either.
Fan paraphernalia is one of those areas that will be heavily hit. Sport shops were preparing for Xmas season, and huge sales. You can figure 50-percent of the typical sales in this period won’t occur...without heavily discounted numbers. Orders into spring of 2018? I’d be looking at both NBA and NFL gear seeing major cuts on restocking. By April, this will be spoken about by the NFL, but they won’t be able to cure the problem unless they really trim off profits and accept a permanent 30-to-40 percent discount.
