The last I knew, Sing Sing Prison is intake for all recent New York City inmates.

Even federal cases? Seems a bit unlikely, but I don't know.

The judges order will have standing, and counts towards assignment following Federal 'intake' proceures.
It should be noted that the request from Weiner's attorney was for Schuylkill Federal Correctional Facility.
Actually, the attorneys request is just that- a request.
Sing Sing is only for New York State Courts inmate intake; not applicable with the Federal convition.
