I think the chart tracks audience, not participants. The Monster Truck crowd probably has a big wadge of union members from the various transportation industries, and they tend to vote Dem out of habit. Ditto for wrestling.

Evidently, the NFL thinks they won’t have a problem if that Big Red Ball shrinks to the size of .... let’s say the LPGA Tour red ball?
