Did anyone else notice Fox pushed the soccer game long enough to make sure the anthem was missed at the Seahawks game?
NFL is going to die from all this, and it would not happen to nicer people.
As whacky as we have become, I can see this player being fined for NOT staying in the locker room with his team mates.
If a QB were to ‘break’ with the boyz, you can expect him getting sacked a few times because of ‘missed’ blocks.
BTW, guy waving his hat may be in the ‘right’ place but he is being somewhat disrespectful.
When will the Police stop ‘guarding’ those that apparently ‘hate’ them? (on the field in these ‘special occasions’?)
How much taxpayer money flows into the NFL (for stadiums, etc.)? Maybe start by turning off those taps.
When & where did Kaepernick - who began this sitdown turned kneel down protest - ever mentioned the 3rd stanza as an issue .
When & where was the 3rd stanza ever song at an NFL game.
The issue is Kaepernick and company's desire to dishonor Americans' flag and country to advance an anti-cop, anti-American leftwing radical agenda - while disguising it as anti-oppression & pro-justice agenda .
The Pittsburgh Steelers have five redeeming features today: Alejandro Villanueva and the four coaches on the sideline.
Colin Kaepernick never even knew the “Star-Spangled Banner” had a second stanza, let alone a third.
The Hessian troops Washington’s Army killed/captured after crossing the icy Delaware in the wee hours of a snowy night. They’re the hirelings and slaves being referred to.
I only wish I was a bigger fan so that my boycott would have more impact.
“Colin Kaepernick never even knew the Star-Spangled Banner had a second stanza, let alone a third.”...
I’d bet if you did a poll, 99% of those idiots would know that either, They are luck they know how to tie their shoes. Perhaps we will soon see Velcro strips in bright colors adorning their feet.
Very good! Very quick.
Here is the new NFL logo!
Didn’t Terrell Owens get in trouble for disrespecting the Cowboys’ logo?
Where I wrote...
For decades, many people in high places have been expressing hatred against members of our military forces,...
I was in a National Guard combat platoon, by the way. That’s why I was subjected to such speech from bosses (some of them self-described veterans, Vietnam era), judges, doctors and other professionals for years while working for low pay in temporary jobs. They knew better than to reveal their real inclinations to others in their communities.
No one else wanted to hear any complaint about it. That’s where our country has been going for decades. Too many people with high incomes in high places hate men in general, other men’s families, morality and the rights of others.
There’s no real conservatism without moral conservatism. Many who claim to be fiscal conservatives are no more than socialists. Look at where they get their high incomes—not from the strangled and despised true private sector.
Farmers, the few manufacturers who produce on American soil and energy producers should wake up and take appropriate action to put their money where it will do some good instead of supporting the house of ill repute. Too many of the people they pay are sick with evil chemicals and evil ways. They’re a scene. The filth is etched into their skins and running in their bloodstreams. Our country looks like a side show.
??
The poem was called “the Defense of Ft. McHenry”, and is set in the so-called War of 1812 (British War).
So no, not quite.
SEE THIS and understand why we Americans NEVER disrespect our FLAG!!! STAR SPANGLED BANNER *as you've never heard it before* STAR SPANGLED BANNER
Right. My bad......sorta. Key was writing about the defense of Ft. McHenry, which happened in the 1812 War. But that doesn’t change the fact that the Hessians were hired mercenaries, i.e., “hirelings”, which Key alluded to historically in his poem.
“The NFL has a MAJOR Hypocrisy Problem When it Comes to Allowing the American Flag to be Disrespected”
So redundant!..When POTUS Trump has already made it clear.
TD is posting a lot of nfl players criminal activity today.
