I had a buddy that was a few years older than me. We went to college together He was a black attorney that became a Judge. His father was the first black attorney appointed to the bench in our state. He served in the Army National Guard, He has hospital wings named after him. He was a Judge for the last 25 years of his life.

This woman, is not worthy of her office.

Affirmative action does that. It casts aspersions on all of the genuinely qualified people who earned their places by hard work and diligence, like your friend’s father.

Those people are the casualties of the quota system as are the able who are pushed into institutions where they are not ready to succeed to fill a quote when they would have excelled at the spots their grades and intellects earned.
