At the time all this was happening it was a big price for Birmingham in general.
She is cute, but that pic was a few years ago. She hasn’t aged well.
Meant to add that she’s since sold that house and moved to the “better” part of Mt. Brook.

That’s the current price of 1,000 sq ft townhouses in Orange County 10 miles from the beach.
If we would ever send the million or so illegals squatting in SoCal back to their own countries then housing would once again become affordable for Americans moving in from outside the state. And for first time buyer Californians... young adults who want to own are all leaving the state.
Well, it was nice to feel 'extremely wealthy' until reality sunk in... I'm amazed they came up with that number too....
