True. Most of the western press fawned over him as a man with impeccable manners and taste. I believe
Time magazine even named him man of the year in 1938.
Most of the liberal media didn't lose their infatuation with "Uncle Adolph" until he invaded their even better friend the Soviet Union some 19 months after that.
