The big question is, did the FBI actually use this garbage dossier to obtain a FISA warrant like reports suggest?
CNN reported Monday that Obama’s FBI indeed wiretapped Trump’s campaign manager, Paul Manafort before, during and after the 2016 presidential election. CNN is even admitting that Trump himself may have been caught up in the surveillance.
The Obama FBI used a secret court order to wiretap Manafort. We the people deserve to know if the debunked dossier was used to obtain this FISA warrant in order to spy on Trump’s camp.

If these were normal times I have no doubt Trump would do what you expressed, except I suspect he understands that he has little to no support & once he issued this warning it would not be acted upon & then the true nature of what he’s up against would be exposed. If I were him I would do it anyway. Expose this for what it is.
The Generals should have the army get the requested information at this point.

Sessions is severely compromised and has been since the 90s when the Clintons got the FBI files. Ask yourself this...if you are a conservative southerner with a record opposing gays, what secret could be in your file that you don’t want revealed?
I say again. Congress should issue a subpoena, go to a court and get a warrant to seize the documents and have the US Marshals use one of their SWAT teams to raid the FBI!

The elephant in the room is this: no branch of government, none, will respond to Trump when he goes after the FBI. He’s alone. In the end, he would have to call on the military. That’s the fear in his administration.

The founding fathers did not sanction secret court orders, nor does the Constitution allow them. Secret courts, government spying on individuals, presidents claiming the authority to kill citizens without due process, using the power of imminent domain to seize private property for private purposes, 3 am no knock home invasions by the policie, and seizure of private property for alleged criminal activity without due process of law are activities of the modern state.
National security does not justify tyranny and the arbitrary taking infringement on freedom. The Patriot act should be repealed and secret courts should be abolished.

there was abuse going on. I worked with a lady that years before this all went down was thrown out of the cult. she talked for hours about him when I worked with her during the grave yard shift. the cult was founded by someone else and David Koresh became a member shortly after the founder of the cult died. he took over the cult and kicked out old members when they started to objecting to the abuse of women and children by the new cult leader.

I think the judge could up the ante here....ask the FBI to hand over one of their employees for jail-time until the dossier info is given. Give them 72 hours...then let them know that you will find a second FBI guy to be held in jail, and just keep repeating the event.
