Trump is not up for election at this time. Strange is. And hes gettin' an ass whippin' as it is. This alleged scandal, or any scandal, is the nail in his coffin. Trump cannot save him. Nobody can save him. He's done. Trump needs to back off him lickety-split or lose face.
Nobody really cares about the details of a scandal like this at a pivotal time in a race like this. Hell, the details are enough to cross the eyes of even an intelligent person who pays attention. The common voter doesn't give a damn. They're just all like, Oh that's that dirty politician that likes furreners takin' our jerbs!
If enough people cared about Trump's alleged similar (as you say) scandal, he would never have gotten elected. He did.

Trump has explained ad nauseum that you cannot get enough local workers to work the Palm Beach season. Its too short. He brings a few people in to work for several months and then they leave. The jobs are real short term.
