The Russian story is cover for the fact that Loretta Lynch and Susan Rice were taking orders from Obama and had crooked Democrat judges at FISA tapping the phoneFISA judges, crooked or not, routinely rubber stamp any federal government request for a wiretap. I suspect the judges are less crooked and more overly trusting.

If true, then they are not performing their duty and are therefore, by definition, crooked.
That being said, there is no constitutional basis for a FISA system in the first place.
