After all this time my original question remains: How is "NORMAL" climate defined?

Normal climate is defined by taking a very narrow snapshot in time of average temp, highs and lows, from the last 150 years out of a couple of billion years, and they fit it to a model by leaving out the previous 1.9999999999 billion years of temp data that they can’t obtain.
