Grand Jury is secret until the Indictment is handed up. There is a transcript of everything said. Transcripts must be given to defense counsel. Prosecutors don’t have to ask for permission to share with experts. They are trying to buy time as it seems like more than a year and a half has passed. Defense lawyers already know what was said. They probably have their own experts ready.
A murky mess that leads to protecting law enforcement because they’re better than the rest of us.
As I’ve noted before, the highest paid unionized government employees that help with their large salaries and pensions etc. etc. to bankrupt governments local, state and federal are law enforcement-firefighters.
I don’t want to say bad things about people, just point out how wrong it is to gun people down who are non-violent protestors like those in Oregon and how these people are paid a lot at a time when there’s a shortage of money.
