Your pretty much insane to go anywhere in Western Europe or Scandinavia anymore. Sure. you'd probably go and be OK but if you aren't, you really, really aren't. Just not worth the risk.

My daughter is doing study abroad. I told her Austria, Poland , Hungary or somewhere in Asia. Those are the choices.
