He does seem to be getting bad advice, now that Bannon & crew are gone. Why would he re-up on Luther Strange ? No matter, when Roy Moore trounces Strange, he'll be shown how far we'll follow and that no amount of flirting with the swamp will be tolerated by we, the base.

I don’t know why Trump is doubling down on Luther Strange. Maybe he’s trying to throw a bone to Mitch so the Turtle will ditch the blue slip thing going on? We need to get those judges in place.
