At the PR coastline, (black arrow), radial component velocities at 52 knots and change, around 1000 feet ASL.

Same Hurricane Hunter now visible (here) at 90 degrees storm relative. Measuring 72 knots at 65 NM from eye center. That's a 150 mile diameter Hurricane Force Wind zone.
