He has no tenure...so the odds will be that the college takes the easy route of just letting him go. He might be able to hook up with another college for a while. I would take a guess that he’s one that will never get tenure with any college and ends up moving every three or four years to hold down some instructor job.
As another Freeper wrote - he is not even a professor. He just has master’s degree.
Whoever hired this guy should also go.
