I agree with you, however the President does NOT alone have that power, it takes a passing vote to get some things done!
If it was possible it would have been done already, but Senators McConnell and Ryan stand in way, as well as Democrats...so he is trying to get as much cooperation as possible! O Drama had severely damaged America, and cleaning it up will be difficult. O Drama had a Democrat majority willing to vote in all he asked!
Remember that MCCAIN stopped the Obamacare vote from passing....so RINOS, Democrats, and wrong thinking will be challenges, but don’t think President Trump isn’t trying to find a way to get as much of his agenda done as possible!
DACA could only be fixed by another Executive Order because that is what created it and made it an illegal program.
Obama dreamed it up and Trump should have ended it Jan. 21st.

Congress should do nothing for fraudulently documented foreigners until they do something for the citizens.
