This is a nonsense projection with apparently no hard science behind it. One could also just as easily say that there is a 5% chance a comet will crash into earth and wipe out all of humanity.

I do know there is a 100% chance each and every one of us will eventually die of something.

Like predicting that if a comet crashes into the earth (with unknown probability, and of unknown composition) that there is a 5% chance of THAT being disastrous on a large scale.
