It would seem like that Congress should have written a law that no funds can exist for a 501-type organization outside of the US. In this case, I’m kinda wondering...what kind of money-laundering scheme is underway. I’m also kinda wondering about this pay-scale of $140,000 or above for any ‘officer’ of the organization.

In Alabama, that’s a hefty amount of pay. You’d call it a BMW-package. Yet, the word ‘poverty’ appears in their brand-name. BMW-pay and poverty...going hand-in-hand?
