Florida is getting rid of their manual toll booths. They take pictures of license plates without the pass gizmo and send those people the bill. If there is no mail service or home left to deliver the bill, there is a problem. I wonder if they did it for outbound traffic before the storm hit. It doesn’t appear they did from the report.
