There has to be some king of official accountability for these imbeciles who,act as judges. The judge should be financially imperiled by the family for her ruling.

Guarantee that Judge Kim got numerous calls from fellow Federal judges telling her not to let her decision bother her and just move on.

I’d want to know what was presented in court too. Not just what the judge said. If the case was weak, what can the judge do? Is she supposed to launch an inquisition based on the gravity of the accusations? IF, of course. The devil can be in the details.

She should pay a price for this. At the least, lose her job.

Another liberal judge who thinks all people who break the law, from illegals to this scum bag, deserve a break. Well, I hope she thinks long and hard about what’s she’s done here and that the officer’s image never fades from her mind.

There was a time when she’d be held accountable.

At minimum, Judge Sallie Kim should send formal apologies to the victims and families of the victims and then resign.

Fat chance, many of those in government nowadays have no ethics or honor and would never do what should be done. Even when people die due to their reckless actions.

I have never heard of, been in the company of, nor read the consistent opinions of any female judge that focused on the Rule of Law rather than their own personal opinions and preferences. I have no respect for female judges at all anymore.

I can’t find who appointed here except for “ She was appointed to this position on July 30, 2015”. I assume that means obumber.

Just a personal note about Deputy Robert French.

My cousin is a teacher at the worst school in Sacramento and he knew Deputy French. He said the Deputy stood out in his efforts to help maintain order. RIP

Littlecloud’s adult criminal history dates to 2004 and includes a six-year prison sentence for assault with a semi-automatic weapon, a short jail term for possession of an illegal sawed-off shotgun and a three-year prison sentence in 2013 for evading a police officer and possession of a gun.

He also was sentenced to a little more than a year in prison for grand theft in 2004 and then served a similar sentence in 2005 for stealing a car, court records show.

Littlecloud was indicted by a federal grand jury on four felony charges in San Francisco federal court in June 2016. He was released from jail two months later pending trial after his stepmother used a home to secure his $100,000 bail.

Judges are basically priest in the leftist system. They can’t be punished.

Behavior like this judge makes it clear while our forefathers practiced lynching on corrupt officials from time to time.

It's called impeachment by the House and conviction by the Senate. Unfortunately the Democrats would never vote to convict her.
