A friend who literallly has only the clothes on her back was denied for the 400. Disaster relief money that the REd Cross says they are making available. What a joke.
The Red Cross was along the lines of a joke during 9/11, IIRC, by holding back funds, with billions in reserve, for some selfish stupid reasons.
