A temporary injunction to a temporary injunction. Have I been transported to Bizarro World? Maybe I’ve been there all along and never knew it. When the dust settles, and the SCOTUS issues a final ruling, we’ll finally know. But I think we should resolve never again to pay attention to a 9th Circus ruling. That way lies madness.
