Most Smart phones in the past two years have a video recording stabilization feature available.

They are worried about Immokalee, which is inland, because the housing in those areas isn’t built with hurricanes in mind, as they are along the coast.

Yes, looks like they could get hit hard too. Sebring looks like it will get hit hard too. I have been to many 12 Hours of Sebring sports car races there.

That’s why it’s best to get a general coverage receiver that covers all Amateur Radio, (Ham) bands, not just the shortwave bands. Quality portable receivers can be had pretty cheap. Between about 100-300 bucks.
