There are (or were) mansions like that for sale in Cairo, Ill for much less. People who don’t know better snap them up, to their regret.

It's a beautiful house, but who's going to buy it? The same thing that keeps guests away will keep buyers away. Asians maybe? They are moving into Bronzeville to the chagrin of many of the locals. The neighborhood is changing slowly.
