I believe the son of perdition will arise from Europe, but that’s just me. Either way, I remember seeing that Iran and Russia operating in Syria. A hook in the jaw is coming.
The Bible says he will be an Assyrian. Do a word search on "Assyrian" and read the verses. The term "Antichrist was only used by John twice I believe. He has about 37 different names in Scripture. You can also go by the Types and shadows in the OT and where they are from. Nimrod was the model for the Antichrist. He was from Babel, or Babylon. Where was that? Iraq. The "Pharaoh that forgot Joseph" was Assyrian in Psalms. There are many more verses about Assyrians throughout the Bible and they point to the Beast. Remember there was 2 parts of the Roman Empire everyone looks at. The European part, and the Middle East/ N. African part. The European part will be the pope from the city on 7 hills in Rome. He will be the false prophet to the Beast. The Whore of Babylon.
