I hear you. That was my go to plan on the bridge, but I peeked out and was surprised to find that I wasn’t panicking,
It was a totally different story when I was at the World Trade Center observation deck in 1993. I broke into a cold sweat before the elevator door opened. I realized as my family was getting off that I was having a panic attack. Stayed in the interior gift shop and bathroom the whole time. I could not look outside. I felt every sway, every tiny little movement it made, and it made a lot of them!
Like you, flying doesn’t bother me in the least, at least not the height thing. I have sinus problems and the pressure really gets to me.
I totally understand. I’m the same way. Don’t mind flying.
