The left would go absolutely insane if they saw this photo, and would start screaming at the rest of us about separation of church and state. The media would take their side.
Rev. Jeffress was being interviewed last week and he said that he was in some meeting with PDJT recently, and Trump asked, “Don’t you think we should pray about this?” Rev. was laughing and said, “The President was reminding ME that we should pray!”
Last Sunday our preacher said he’s so proud of our President for calling for a National Day Of Prayer for the Texas flooding. (He usually stays away from political statements.) He said that, although there is an annual National Day Of Prayer always, he thinks this is the first time a president has stipulated a special one. (Not sure if that’s true or not. Preachers often “embellish” — “speak evangelistically” — if it suits their purpose.) ;)
