Kaspersky, if it is Russian, that maybe means its less likely to give backdoors to the NSA. And it’s more likely to see CIA/NSA intrusion as a virus!
I’ve had Kaspersky anti-virus protection for the last 8 years, and it’s the best anti-virus program I’ve ever had.
McAfee’s CEO John McAfee killed his neighbor in Belize while on the run from other legal problems in the US. Since he left that country, Belize hasn’t pursued murder charges. Belize also suspected him of unlicensed drug manufacture. It’s alleged that Belize was paid a large bribe to back off the charges. Belize also seized his property in that country, auctioned off his belongings, and sold the property after the house burned down under suspicious circumstances.
In 2012, John McAfee returned to the United States and was promptly arrested for DUI. This guy is a nutjob, I don’t know why anybody is still buying his crappy product.
McAfee sold his company a long time ago, He has nothing to do with it anymore.
That’s good. I’d put a different name on it, that’s for sure.
