I admit the risk is tempting but I don’t believe there are two sane men, emphasis on sane, in the U.S. who would drop a pen down on a piece of paper (the order) and try to tell their hand to start the signature!

Stalin, Mao, Hitler and the Kermer Rouge did..........I don’t think the U.S. will.

More likely Trump will wait for the attack, if it is coming, shoot that missle down and then obliterate North Korea. I could sign that document.
