Why does it have to be an either/or situation? Blunt trauma causes heart attacks all the time because of the injury to the heart. Such as one would get from getting hit by a car.
I agree with you, however, no comment of blunt trauma by the coroner and where is the pic of her being hit? The pic I showed (if it is her) would have her in the crowd not in the actual impact. Either way, clearly whether scared or hit she was part of the situation that happened and I am sorry to see anyone die...and the only thing I was showing is maybe she just got scared to death hence heart attack.
