Looks to be Ground Zero.

Card Sound Road is awash in a strong easterly breeze.
I'll qualify that, haven't been there since 1984.
I do blizzards - I don’t do hurricanes.
But if I lived in Miami, I’d think about heading out.
The remoteness of the CRYC in comparison to the nearby metropolis of S FLA always appealed to me.
The flatness and exposure there as ground zero is going to be nasty.
