Check out this webcam from the most Southern point of Key West. Bunch of people gathering to watch the waves crash over the wall. I'm thinking by now it's too late to head back to the mainland.

Oh yes!....was watching that very cam about 30 minutes ago and watched an idiot get totally wiped out acting like Mr. Fearless......he got nailed good....never saw it comming! That was as good as seeing the snowflakes cry when Hillary lost I tell ya!

There are plenty of concrete structures on Key West now compared to 1935.
They should be fine as long as they are 2nd - 3rd floor above storm surge....

I would not want to be in Hemingway house though!
