We have these things called “primaries” for a reason.
And after the general, people can stop acting like they dont have to pay attention.
If it were that easy we would not be in this mess. The fact is once these "idiots" get into office and get entrenched they can almost never be defeated. They rig the system where they cannot be beaten. They have access to the media and the ability to buy votes that a primary challenger does not have. It's not just a simple as not voting for them.
