She still doesnt get it.
In her forthcoming memoir What Happened (out Tuesday), Hillary Clinton takes perfunctory responsibility for losing the election before spending nearly 500 pages blaming: Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden, rash FBI director James Comey, Obama, the Russians, sexism, and, finally, the American people for not liking her enough.
Sanders, she writes, had the gall to run against her even though hes not a Democrat.
Thats not a smear, thats what he says, she writes. He didnt get into the race to make sure a Democrat won the White House, he got in to disrupt the Democratic Party.
Clinton bemoans the sexism among Bernie bros, and claims a causal link between Sanders campaign and Trumps win. Some of his supporters . . . took to harassing my supporters online, she writes. It got ugly and more than a little sexist. Such attacks, she claims, caused lasting damage, making it harder to unify progressives in the general election and paving the way for Trumps Crooked Hillary campaign.
Obama, she says, was no help, telling her to grit my teeth and lay off Bernie as much as I could. I felt like I was in a straitjacket.
Sanders, like so many leading Dems, has no sympathy.
My response is that right now its appropriate to look forward and not backward, he told The Hill. Left unmentioned was collusion between Clintons team and the DNC to oust Sanders from the primary and depict his campaign as a mess to reporters. These revelations, contained in a 2016 Wikileaks dump, led to the immediate resignation of DNC chair and Clinton supporter Debbie Wasserman Schulz.

I have no idea why anyone would pay this woman, who has no clue about anything at all and couldn’t be honest about anything even if she did, her opinion about anything at all, but most especially on why she is an utter and total failure.
America’s national ex-wife. Everyone except her is to blame. Nothing is her fault.
Good luck on running in 2020. The only other loser the Democrats nominated twice was - Adlai Stevenson.
This woman is incapable of learning from her mistakes and she is full of resentments against every one.
No, she’s not full of charm and likability.
She should just go away and stop pestering us with her drama how it was everyone fault’s she lost!
I always suspected that Sanders was selected, possibly even by the Clintons themselves, to run as a foil against Hillary. She couldn’t go through the primaries completely unopposed. There would be no debates and no air time. But they needed someone so far left that it made even Hillary look more centrist. It just got out of hand that Sanders thought he had a serious run at the nomination.
Wow! She went swimming in the Sea of Self-Pity!
A shame she didn’t drown. :(
Hillary had the debates and nomination process rigged in her favor and she barely beat an octogenarian socialist for the nomination.
If she played fair - she wouldn’t have been nominated.
She was a bad candidate and even women voters didn’t warm up to her.
You don’t have to read her ghost-written memoirs to understand her brand of politics has no audience in a good part of the country.
Face it hillary: you are an uninspiring person.
Its crap like this; the sense of entitlement that was part of a cauldron of how bad a candidate she was for the voters.
“I have no idea why anyone would pay this woman, who has no clue about anything at all and couldnt be honest about anything even if she did, her opinion about anything at all, but most especially on why she is an utter and total failure.”
If you haven’t seen it. try to find yesterday’s Tucker Carlson. He had that all-smiling fat RAT, Richard Goodstein on talking about Hillary, and Carlson opined that in all her life, he’s never heard her offer anything new. That she has, throughout her entire life spewed pap! Then today, he had Mark Steyn on who said that her new book has “hurricanes A to Z” to blame for her lack of success as a candidate. Like it or not, Slick Willy was a good politician, but none of it has rubbed off on his feckless wife.
I liked Bubba - didn’t agree with his politics later and I voted for him in 92. Last time I voted for a Democratic presidential candidate.
I never warmed up to his wife. She just turned me off. I knew she was gonna run for President someday but I just didn’t picture her sitting in the White House.
Decades later, I was right on the money.
“America’s national ex-wife”. Perfect !
Her corruption knows no bounds. I'd happily pay the money if I were allowed to spit in her damn face.
I have a feeling her book will hit remainder shelves or be sent back to be pulped.
Do you really want to wallow in her self-pity? Some books are better off not being read.
What makes me such a lightning rod for fury? she writes. Im really asking. Im at a loss.
WE could make a long list. I will just say that her screed about Trump supporters being a basket of deplorables, and listing out racist, sexist, Islamophobic etc. typifies the snarky smarmy elitist liberal mindset. Such comments do not endear her to “middle America”, nor do they gain support.
To shout “why aren’t I 50 points ahead” likewise does not endear her to anyone. She comes across as a nasty bitchy woman, not a leader.
Am Ivy League educated lawyer who doesn’t know why the American people didn’t want her.
Obvious to every one but to her. She’ll never get it.
He connected with know-nothing snowflakes. Hillary's camp probably didn't see that coming so it became necessary to derail his campaign. Then they got caught rigging it because her accomplices are morons. DWS anyone?
Piles and piles of her books at COSTCO.
