Look closely at the video and on the scroll it mentions Bernie Madoff's wife getting her passport back.
So do a Google search of Bernie Madoff's wife getting her passport back and that happened in july 2009.
So then do a Google search of Schumer immigration July 2009 and you can find an article about the immigration bill(amnesty) he was trying to get thru the senate then.
When somebody uploads a little snippit of video like that it is being done to deceive you.
