If you check the many versions of this story, you will find that the liberal hero was most likely a looter!
It just don’t line up with the facts. Some stories have him running into a bridge while driving to Houston. Others having him drowning in a small creek while trying to reach a apartment complex as the hurricane hit.
I vote that it was the latter, and he went to loot the apartments that had been evacuated.
Why was he there when the storm hadn’t even hit yet? He didn’t live near there.
Yes, he was absolutely a looter, coming in to town to steal from the victims.
There are lots of people like him here in TX.
They need to be excreted from our sacred soil.
