ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL

I believe it's another reason for sane parents to get more involved in their local public school system and work to restore it to it's proper function. The left-wing has taken over America's public schools without a fight because so many conservative parents have simply taken their kids and walked away.

But after kids finish home-school or private school educations, they will emerge as adults into an America dominated by other adults who are the products of public school indoctrination. This is the world we are entering now - filled with millenials completely intolerant of any diversity in thought, young ideologues who seem incredibly comfortable with socialism and Communism, who seemingly would be quite at home in Erich Honecker's East Germany or Mao's China.

There is no walled garden to hide one's children away permanently from the disease of left-wing ideology. One can either fight for America or else turn it over to the liberals - and walking away from the public school system is turning it over to the liberals early.

The point is that their knowledge and abilities will be head and shoulders above the products of public school education. They will excel.

My homeschooled kids are now introducing their college mates to solid, conservative principles. And lightbulbs are starting to flicker as the empty, superficial, public school brainwashing is undermined with logic.

Homeschoolers don’t live in a deep cave unwilling to interact with the outside, but we do build and polish our children’s mettle preparing them for a broken world.
