The President is in a good position here:

1. Rescind it. This kicks the ball over to Congress.
2. If the RINOs and Dems then want legislation on this issue (as they do and will) veto it unless it is not only very strict on the “Dreamer” issue but also includes full funding for The Wall.

It’s often pointed out....all of this DACA business goes back to 2001 era. It routinely got dragged out every other year and never passed. When the Democrats held the House, Senate and Presidency in 2009? It never passed. Same deal in 2010 and 2011....never passing. President Obama merely waved his hand, and acted like it passed but it never did.

All these folks have to do in DC is draft the law and pass it. They don’t have the numbers. I suspect that even a quarter of the Democrats aren’t that enthusiastic about the draft idea.
