He should order a suicide kit and finish the job himself. Everyone will be better off.

There's clearly an establishment strategy at work here. Democrats of course are going to vilify Trump at every turn and will tacitly encourage their Antifa para-military wing in their suppression of Trump supporters. Establishment Republicans, meanwhile, will seek to ride out Trump's presidency by denying him any legislative victories or accomplishments, and by trying to thwart every one of his campaign promises.
Trump has not helped matters by getting rid of the MAGA types who were in his administration - Flynn, Bannon and Gorka - and surrounding himself with Pentagon Democrat-enablers like McMaster, Kelley and Mattis, and Chamber of Commerce establishment types like Rex Tillerson. Tillerson implied last week that the President's views on Charlottesville were just his own personal opinion - I can't recall an administration official during my lifetime undermining his own president like this. You can't drain the swamp if you get rid of the people who want to drain it and invite the swamp in.

I know the first thing I do when I get a terminal brain cancer diagnosis is jet off to Italy.

On behalf of the American people I would like to announce to the world that John McCain failed in his bid for the Presidency and does not represent us nor speak for our views. He’s a conniving liar and con artist and should not be trusted.
We apologise for him.

Does he know any real Italians? Most of them hate the US and its role in the world. They’re morons - but not quite as dumb as McCain (who seems in glowing health unlike most cancer victims I know. I guess that’s senatorial healthcare for you.)

I’ve seldom seen a more shallow man. His grasp of gamesmanship is non-existent.
Trump’s comments related to our allies were geared to motivate them to step up to the plate. Increased funding for NATO out of Europe has resulted, and NATO is rethinking it’s goals and partnership with us. They need/want us, and that’s clear.
McCain is still focusing on the opening move, and Trump has already made his 12th.
John envisions himself to be a strategic global thinker. Despite this, his displayed depth of understanding, leads me to think the extent of his decision making should be relegated to such things as which way to put the roll of toilet paper on the hanger. Paper away from the wall or next to it...
That would keep him busy for a month.
Then we could assign him to put some toothpaste back in a tube. It would take him nine months to figure out it wasn’t a good idea in the first place. Of course I may have been too charitable with this one. He may never figure that out.

Amazing this old fool has time to travel to Italy between cancer treatments and drafting “acceptable “ repeal and replace legislation for Obamacare.

If this treacherous rat had campaigned against obama half as hard as he’s fighting Trump, Sarah Palin would be eight months into her first term as president right now.
