WHy do they need heaters in the midst of Runaway Global Warming that is cooking the planet and us with it??

If you go to Canada you have to look out for Polar Cats.

Canada could set up a refugee center in the Yukon and then ship all refugees there. Once winter comes (yeah, okay, it never really leaves) — problem solved. ...of course, future archeologists might mistake the frozen bodies for native mammoth hunters.
Canada always has been under populated
