5. Nagin refused to use the SCHOOL BUSSES to evacuate people because THEY DID NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING !!!! About the lamest story I have ever heard!!!

Then he tried to say the school busses were NOT ready to be used...

Which was a bold faced lie because school was to start on Monday & the busses were all filled with gas & ready to be used for school the following day.

Nagin - what a loser. I recall a kid commandeered one of those very buses, took it back to his neighborhood, got most everybody there loaded up and drove to Texas. Looks like that particular bus was certainly "ready" to be used - all the way to Texas.
