I know. But from my military training, I know that you keep issuing the same critical command until it is followed, then move to the next command. I expect more from “professional” armed government enforcers.

Training always seems to work better, more efficiently during training.☺ Factors like suddenness, surprise, fear and anxiety all play a role in real life events.
